The colors can be mixed tog ether, and also by adding other pigment to get ot her color effects. Temperature range from 15 to 70 (The standard colors shown above are p rinted by general ink, please apply the correct c olor from Thermochromic ink.)
5. The styles and property of the thermochromic materials:
?The particle dimension of thermochromic MC powder is about 1~10 µm, the highest temperature of heat endurance is 280 . It has the good property to resist solvents and disperses into them. (MC powder means microcapsule powder).
?Aqueous slurry of thermochromic product is water dispersion containing microcapsule. The solid content of the slurry is about 48%, the slurry may apply for water-based screen printing, coating, spraying, and dying.
?Thermochromic plastic master batch, which contains MC powder around 12~18% depending on the color density of different color material could use in plastics production. ?Thermochromic material should be kept in a dry place, under room temperature and in a place where not exposed to light. The storage time of thermochromic powder and master batch is not more than 2 years.
